ゲーム理論を基本に、ストラテジーを考える。
ストラテジーを考えるときに、何より大切なのが、個々のプレヤーのユニークな自己表現能力と、プレヤーたちとのコラボレーション。そして、プロブレムリストの最初から、処方、適応していく。次々と、適応パターンが生まれてくる。慣れてくると、パターン化されたパスウエイ( pathway) 通りにするとよい。

地域の病院、クリニックが、　共同で、経営会社を作り、薬品の共同購入、医師の採用、IS/IT　の共同導入等をする。Community　Care　本部を設立し、情報知識の共有、ベストプラクティス、戦略的マネジメントシステム、成果評価システム等導入して、各機関の独立性を尊重しながら、地域住民に、質の高い、安全なサービスを提供する。このようなコンセプトを持った共同経営会社が出現してくるでしょう。また一方では、チェーン病院が、地域医療に参加してくる。また、自由診療で、￥２、５００ー　で、診てくれる簡易クリニックもよいアイデアですね。そして、最新設備を備えた　大型デジタル外来センター　も出現するでしょう。キーワードは、コラボレーション、コンペティション　と　イノベーション。自院のポジションと生きる道を考える時が来ていますね。
